omgbd Terms & Conditions — The Rules That Govern Your Account and Platform Use

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "omgbd" refers to the platform, brand, and operating entity behind the website at omgbd.ws, including all products and services offered thereon.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account with omgbd or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered account held by a Player on the omgbd platform, including all associated balance, transaction history, bonus entitlements, and personal data.
• "Platform" means the omgbd website, mobile-optimised interface, and all games, sportsbook markets, payment facilities, and ancillary services accessible through omgbd.ws.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which omgbd accounts are denominated.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on omgbd, completing the omgbd Login process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game on the platform, you unconditionally and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and omgbd.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and that such person or entity also satisfies all eligibility requirements set out herein.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any product or service on the omgbd platform. This age restriction is absolute and applies to all players in Bangladesh without exception. omgbd may request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts determined to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately, and any balance — including winnings — will be forfeited in their entirety.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one omgbd account. Each Bangladeshi mobile number, National Identity Card number, or device may be associated with only one registered account. Attempting to register multiple accounts — for any purpose, including to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent a suspension — is a material breach of these terms. omgbd will close all duplicate accounts upon detection, void all associated bonuses and winnings, and may permanently restrict the player's access to the platform.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

When registering an omgbd account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, Bangladeshi mobile number, and date of birth. You must update your account information promptly if any detail changes. omgbd is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you, including the inability to contact you or the misdirection of account communications.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

omgbd may at any time request that you provide identity verification documentation ("Know Your Customer" or KYC documents). Acceptable documents typically include a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, accompanied by a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by omgbd may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities or account closure. Verification is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions

The omgbd platform is operated for players in Bangladesh. You represent and warrant that accessing and using the platform is not prohibited by the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your location. omgbd accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted.

4. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your omgbd account credentials, including your username, password, and any SMS verification codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. omgbd will never contact you by phone, email, or any messaging platform to request your password or SMS verification code. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported immediately to [email protected].

You must notify omgbd immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. omgbd will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification; however, omgbd accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access that occurred before notification was received, particularly where you have failed to maintain adequate password security or have shared your credentials.

omgbd recommends that all players enable two-step SMS verification on their accounts. This feature is available at no charge from within your account security settings. You should also ensure that you log out fully from any shared or public device after each session and that you do not allow your browser to save your omgbd password on a device used by others.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

omgbd supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All supported methods are displayed in the cashier section of your omgbd account. omgbd reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount on omgbd is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the omgbd cashier. omgbd may apply additional transaction limits at its discretion for security, fraud prevention, or responsible gaming purposes.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your omgbd account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to two Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business hours to reflect in your account. 5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by omgbd within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification requirements being satisfied. Withdrawals are made exclusively to payment accounts registered in your own name — omgbd will not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties. omgbd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times beyond the omgbd platform are subject to the policies of the relevant payment provider.

5.5 Currency and Conversion

All omgbd accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). omgbd does not charge currency conversion fees. Players using Visa or Mastercard issued in a currency other than BDT should note that their card issuer may apply a foreign exchange conversion at the prevailing rate. omgbd has no control over and accepts no responsibility for fees or rates applied by third-party financial institutions.

5.6 Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to deposit funds using a payment instrument that does not belong to you, or to reverse a legitimate deposit via a chargeback mechanism, constitutes fraud. omgbd reserves the right to void all winnings associated with fraudulent deposits, close the relevant account, and report the matter to the relevant authorities. Any outstanding balance owed to omgbd as a result of a chargeback will be pursued through all available legal channels.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

omgbd offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds conditions. These specific terms are communicated on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds credited to your omgbd account must be wagered a minimum of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established. Bets placed on certain games or at odds below a specified minimum may not contribute toward the wagering requirement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

omgbd has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk; colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, omgbd will void all associated bonus funds and winnings and may permanently close the account without liability.

6.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All Bonus Funds carry an expiry date. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds expire 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically. omgbd is not required to provide prior notice of bonus expiry.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting markets on the omgbd sportsbook — including cricket BPL fixtures, IPL markets, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team internationals — are governed by the market-specific rules published within the sportsbook interface at the time of bet placement. You are responsible for reviewing applicable rules before placing any wager.

All casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, crash games, and bingo products on the omgbd platform are governed by the rules specified within each individual game by the relevant Game Provider. omgbd does not modify game rules set by Game Providers and is not responsible for outcomes determined by third-party random number generators.

Bets and wagers once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including stake amount, market selection, and odds — before confirming any wager. omgbd will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds that it was placed in error.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game or bet settlement, omgbd will use its reasonable best efforts to resolve the situation in a fair manner consistent with the state of the game or market at the time of the fault. omgbd's determination in such matters is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the omgbd platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way not expressly permitted by omgbd.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated manipulation of betting markets.
• Using proceeds of criminal activity or attempting to use the omgbd platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions via your payment provider (chargebacks).
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or intellectual property owned by omgbd or its Game Providers without prior written authorisation.

9. Responsible Gaming

The trade names, trademarks, and service marks of third-party Game Providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) are the property of their respective owners and are used on the omgbd platform under licence.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, omgbd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss.

The omgbd platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. omgbd makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. omgbd does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall omgbd's total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action exceed the total amount deposited by you into your omgbd account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Amendments and Termination

12.1 Amendments

omgbd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published at omgbd.ws/terms-conditions and will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

12.2 Account Suspension and Closure by omgbd

omgbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8; or the determination that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Upon closure of an account for cause, omgbd may forfeit the account balance in whole or in part.

12.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your omgbd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with normal procedures. Bonus Funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose before the closure date.

12.4 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. English is the authoritative language of this document. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these terms, the English version shall prevail.
